Mtv Splitsvilla Participants Engaged in Sexual Favours?

Mtv Splitsvilla Participants Engaged in Sexual Favours?

It may be sour grapes or disgustingly real. Two former MTV Spiltsvilla contestants (Varun Jhamb and Nalini Negi) open up to MiD DAY in a tell-all of the grime behind the shine of reality TV.

Ex-contestants Nalini Negi and Varun Jhamb

Sex, lies and videotapes are passe. Self-propagated MMSes, an alleged murder accused for a participant, and underage drinking to incite indecent behaviour on screen are in. This, is the truth behind the making of MTV's popular Splitsvilla 2 series, or so say those who've been there, done that. "Some of the top crew members, including the director, had slept in the same room as top contender Joanna Magee. Others, too, engaged in sexual favours, especially towards the end," revealed ex-contestant Nalini Negi.

Contestant/Winner:Sakshi Pradhan

Take the show's winner, Sakshi Pradhan, for instance, who is known to have "made her own sex MMSes and circulated it for publicity" when the series was still under production. "Everyone knew about it, and enjoyed it," Varun told MiD DAY. Apart from the others, Sakshi, is well aware of the videos, and joked about it without getting offended. There are three such recordings, one with a runtime of eight minutes. Shrugs Saskshi, "I know the tattoos and face look just like mine, but it isn't me, trust me, and if everyone thinks it is, I'm cool with it."

Contestant/Finalist:Joanna Magee

"Joanna, by the way, is a notorious sl** in Chandigarh and has a police complaint for murder lodged against her," added co-contestant Varun Jhamb. "It is not surprising, then, that she entered this season of the show without proper auditioning." A case of sour grapes? Maybe, maybe not.

MiD DAY tried to get in touch with Raghu Ram, the creator of Roadies and Splitsvilla, but his phone was switched off. MiD DAY also tried to contact MTV's corporate communication office, which said that the show Splitsvilla was outsourced to the production team of Colosseum and nobody from the team was available for comment.

The three also agree they had been given easy access to unlimited alcohol, so that it triggered uncontrolled, obscene behaviour and uncalled for intimacy. "Barring Joanna, we were all underage, and did not know what we were up to, when drunk.

The cameras, however, rolled on to grab the juiciest bits," Nalini recalled. The channel had been issued a show-cause notice in this regard, and ran an apology on-screen for the next few days of telecast. The wrap-up party was a free-for-all, if these contestants are to be believed, where a very prominent face of the channel had "oral sex with two female contestants who wanted to be a part of future shows".

And there's more. Free gifts that were given out during the show were allegedly taken back once the deal ended, and the participants were "shabbily treated, except a privileged few, and everyone knows why," smiled Varun. Predictably, the contenders also confessed that many of the tasks, fights and pairs were scripted.

There was no love, only lust and greed.

Erin Andrews (ESPN Reporter) Peephole Video Scandal - A Virus Spreader?

According to sophos.com, the latest buzz of the tape of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews undressing in her hotel room is being used to spread a computer virus. "Webpages are being put up with claims of links to the tape. However, a link to footage actually releases a virus into your computer system." However, This is the latest spin on the Andrews tape. The reporter is a favorite of bloggers and websites and has shown a great sense of humor about the obsession many have of her. Also, the recent episode of someone videotaping her through a keyhole in her hotel room has shown how dangerous the obsession can become.

ESPN has confirmed that sideline reporter Erin Andrews is the woman in the viral videos in which someone videotaped an undressed Erin Andrews in her hotel room through what they claim is a peephole. Marshall B. Grossman, a high-powered lawyer representing Andrews, put out a release late Friday promising a push to bring criminal and civil charges to the unknown videographer as well as "anyone who has published the material." The video was posted Thursday without any mention to ESPN or Erin Andrews. Blogger Doug Sheckler posted the video with the title: “Hot naked blonde who looks a lot like a sports blogger favorite in her hotel room.”

ESPN also took swift action especially notable is that, in his original post, there was no mention of ESPN or the name of the person being filmed. ESPN wasted no time in firing a missile at Sheckler from their legal team:

I am the General Counsel of ESPN, Inc. It has come to my attention that you have posted on your site pictures of a young, blonde woman at [redacted]. These pictures were obviously taken through a peephole or otherwise in a fashion constituting a trespass/assault on the rights of the woman involved. Your continued posting of these pictures are highly likely to render you an accessory after the fact to a criminal act. We hereby demand that you (i) immediately remove these pictures from your site and (ii) disclose to us the source of the pictures. We intend to hold you fully responsible for further display of material that so obviously violates the law.

Please confirm by return e-mail that you intend to comply with these demands. In the absence of such confirmation we will assume you are an active and willing participant in these acts.

David Pahl

It seems that ESPN was convinced enough that it was the popular Erin Andrews very early. Sheckler say he will not reveal the source of the original videos. The video has seen been removed from the site, but thousands of men online were trying to find the video download or a cache of the site from Thursday where they can access it well before the identity of the woman was confirmed. Turns out that the woman in the peephole video was in fact Erin Andrews, and her attorney has issued a statement that she will file criminal and civil charges against whoever made the video along with those who published the material as well.

“While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent. She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similary violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material. We request respect of Erin’s privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities.”

The funny thing is that this whole thing would have gone under the radar if the lawyers did not start shooting off letters. There are a total of seven short videos being circulated of Erin Andrews. After watch all seven videos it is clear that Erin Andrews knew she was being recorded on video. In fact, she seem to be preforming for the camera. Either she is preforming for the camera or she is insanely crazy because she was making very odd poses for a woman unaware someone is videotaping her. There is not a doubt, she very well know who the person on the other side of the camera is because she looked directly into the direction of the camera several times. This case will for sure be very interesting to see how it will unfold. Click on the pics to enlarge.
